Chocolate Chia Avocado Mouse

Vegan and gluten free.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chia Seeds​

  • 3 tsp Cacao powder

  • 1 Avocado (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup of any milk (dairy or nut or water)

  • Sweetener: 1 table spoon of Maple Syrup, Date Syrup, Agave (or to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the night before for best results!

  1. Soak 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds overnight in 3/4 cup of water.

  2. Blend avocado, cacao powder, milk and sweetener in any blender.

  3. Pour into a jar and leave overnight in the fridge. 

  4. Grab chia seeds with a spoon to avoid pouring excess water and add to moose in mason jar and gently stir in.

  5. Enjoy!
